Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Varsity (JV) Soccer Coach to lead the development of our student-athletes while fostering a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the game, demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes. The JV Coach will emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and preparation for advancement within the overall girls soccer program.  Players should be equipped to move into the varsity program when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience playing soccer is required.
• Prior coaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively teach basic skills and strategies.
• Increase the players' love of the game.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the head coach, athletic department, players, and families.

Responsibilities

• Be available for the full practice and game schedule throughout the season.
