Substitute Nurses are needed to accompany special education classes on field trips.  These assignments are typically 1.5 hours to 2 hours in length.  The pay rate is $20.57/hr.

(Once you are on our substitute nurse list, you would also be considered for regular full-day or half-day coverages.)

1. PA State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
2. Act 24 (Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form

3. Public Welfare Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
4. Federal (FBI) Criminal History Record Information (CHR)

5. Health Form with TB test
